 Distribution regions:  We have order delivery to all parts of Bodrum. Bodrum Fresh Fish distributes only within Bodrum with its own vehicles. 
 
 Important Note: It is sufficient to place your orders one day in advance.  
 
​ Delivery Fees: Free Delivery is provided for your orders of 100.00 TL or more. 
  For orders less than 100.00 TL, a shipping fee of 25.00 TL is charged.
 
 There is no cargo service out of Bodrum. 
 
 Bodrum Fresh Fish Delivery time:
 For orders within Bodrum, we start order delivery every day as of 09:00 in the morning and complete it until 22:30 in the evening. Delivery cannot be made only on Sundays.

 In the event of bad weather and unexpected traffic jams, we may have to delay or suspend your chosen delivery times. If a delay is made, our customer service representative will contact you by phone or email to notify you of the delivery.

 Fresh, Frozen and perishable products can be returned from the date of delivery or until the expiry date printed on the product.  You can do it within seven days, whichever comes first.
 Bodrum Fresh Fish will replace these products or make a refund/transfer refund to the credit card. Bodrum Fresh Fish may request the return of the product that you are not satisfied with before performing the product exchange or obtaining a credit card.
